Creative & Design resume templates.
Editorial, portfolio, and visual layouts for designers, illustrators, writers, and creative roles where the resume itself is a portfolio piece.
When to use a creative resume
Creative templates trade strict ATS optimisation for visual personality. Large display type, asymmetric compositions, coloured panels, and non-standard section placement make these resumes feel like editorial spreads.
Use them when the hiring manager is a creative director, art director, studio lead, or founder — and the resume will be read by a human first. If the same role also runs your resume through an ATS, prepare a plain-text version alongside your creative PDF, drawn from Category A.
Design is part of the argument
For creative roles, layout quality communicates taste. Choose carefully.
Keep a plain version too
Every creative candidate should also have an ATS-safe version of the same resume.
Don't sacrifice readability
Distinctive is good. Illegible is not. If your reader has to squint, redesign.
